A Success story NEW START

This season is symbolic of cleaning our spaces, our bodies and new starts

 

So how can you ensure you are on the right path to a new start? It is rather quite simple. Here is the mental check which one can run through daily to ensure you are getting what you need to be your best healthy self!

 

Nutrition - have you added a variety of fruits and vegetables to each meal today?

 

Exercise- have you gotten a 20 minute brisk walk in?

 

Water-have you made sure you are always hydrated?

 

Sunlight -10 minute full exposure? Supplementing with vitaminD3 may be required if this is not possible.

 

Temperance - defined as moderation or self-restraint- e.g. spending, alcohol, caffeine and other substances-have you practiced this today?

 

Air-did you focus on your breath while outdoors? Inhaling and exhaling fresh air deeply?

Rest -8 hours or so uninterrupted?

 

Trust- in what the future will bring. As one of my clinic supervisors, Dr. Mark Fontes says, "our thoughts interact with our environment." Thus, put your vision out there and you will attract it!
